Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patient either gender diagnosed and undergoing treatment for heart failure patients at least 3 months admitted for worsening of heart failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to provide consent Patients diagnosed with heart failure at the time of admission
