Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18 to 25 years first year medical students will be enrolled for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any pre-diagnosed clinical illness. Subjects taking psychological drugs tobacco alcohol and smoking Subjects practicing meditation or any yogic practices in the past 6 months

Stress Symptom Scale Assessment (SSS) and Perceived Stress Scale (PSS)Timepoint: Stress Symptom Scale and Perceived Stress Scale Assessment: - Pre-Assessment will be done at 0th/start of the intervention. - Post-Assessments will be done at the end of the 8th week of intervention. - Respondents are asked to use 3-point severity/frequency scales for Stress Symptom Scale and 4-Point severity/frequency scales for Perceived Stress Scale to rate the extent to which they have experienced each state over the past week
