Inclusion criteria: nulliparous gestational age 37-41 weeks singleton gestation cephalic presentation Bishop score intact membranes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: contraindication to vaginal delivery scarred uterus non reassuring fetal heart rate intrauterine death Diabetes mellitus
