Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1&2 scheduled for elective lower limb surgeries under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal Contraindications of spinal anaesthesia like raised intracranial pressure, raised intra abdominal pressure, septicemia Hypersensitivity to Bupivacaine Failure of spinal anaesthesia
