Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects should be healthy singers who have undergone singing training for atleast 1 year or singers who are undergoing training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those singers who are suffering from respiratory or psychiatric diseases and also those singers who are contraindicated for Nasya procedure.

Improvement in the Voice parameters such as fundamental frequency, HNR, NHR, jitter and shimmerTimepoint: 21 days

Improvement in readings of peak flow meter to notice the increase in lung capacityTimepoint: 0th day, 8th day, 15th day, 22nd day
