Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 50-65yrs and more than 65years body weight 50-80kg patients undergoing RALP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients not giving consent uncooperative patients glaucoma raised intracranial pressure severe scoliosis

PaCO2-ETCO2 gradient Timepoint: 10 min after intubation in the supine position without pneumoperitoneum (T0; baseline); and 10 (T1), 60 (T2)minutes after pneumperitoneum.

ETCO2Timepoint: 10 min after intubation in the supine position without pneumoperitoneum (T0; baseline); and 10 (T1), 60 (T2), min after pneumoperitoneum in the 40 degree Trendelenburg position
