Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group of 30 to 60 years, Both sexes, Diagnostic criteria will be based on clinical presentation, serum uric acid level, Xray and ACR/EULAR 2015 gout classification criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Gout patients with other systemic diseases Patient with gout deformities and tophi formation Gout patients with complications like atherosclerosis, coronary or cerebrovascular accidents, uric acid stones, uric acid nephropathy, nephrosclerosis, chronic pyelonephritis and renal failure.
