Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group between 18-25 years 2.Subjects diagnosed with acute trapezitis with trigger point and tenderness more than gradeI 3.Latent MTrP on trapezius muscle 4.Participants willing to participate in the studies. 5 Participants with the pain intensity level of 3-7 on VAS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any neck surgery 2. Diagnosed with fibromyalgia disorder 3. Neck pain due to trauma 4. Recent trigger point injection 5. Malignancy or systemic disease
