Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients fulfilling the Diagnostic criteria for a minimum duration of 6 months 2. Married males who are sexually active 3. Age group 25 - 40 years 4. ED associated with or without PE 5. Willing and able to give informed consent 6. Willingness and ability to comply with study requirements
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of BPH and uncontrolled DM 2. Known cases of other major systematic disorders which interfere with the treatment 3. Diagnosed case of Peyronieâ??s disease or other anatomical defects 4. Known cases of congenital genitalia anomalies 5. Known cases of STD 6. Subjects on anti-psychotics, nitrates, anti-hypertensives 7. Participation of subjects in other studies or receipt of other investigational drugs within 15 days prior to baseline 8. Patients taking concomitant medications that may interfere with the study result as per investigators opinion
