Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients â?? age group between 18yrs and above . 2. Patient indicated for extraction of grossly decayed molars or Root canal treated molars. 3. Patient willing to undergo the surgery and participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from systemic diseases such as â?? Uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled Hypertension, those on steroid therapy, with a history of chemotherapy/ radiotherapy and bleeding disorders. 2. Patient with smoking habit . 3. Patients with increased pre CRP levels pre operatively .( > 6mg/l ) 4. Patients not willing to follow up .
