Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All diabetic patients with Diabetic macular edema (treatment naive)on ss-oct All grades of Diabetic retinopathy Age above 45 years cataract surgery morethan 3month old axial length 22-24mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other diabetic retinopathy complications other diseases causing macular edema S/P pan retinal photocoagulation S/P ocular surgeries except cataract more than 3months
