Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients newly diagnosed to have normal tension glaucoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. All cases of glaucoma except NTG, including Primary open angle glaucoma (POAG), Primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG), secondary glaucoma 2. Glaucoma Suspects: Disc suspect, Ocular hypertension 3. Those patients who are already on treatment for NTG 4. Presence of any other ocular disease that could have caused the optic nerve head changes 5. Those with any previous intraocular surgery other than cataract surgery done at least 3 months prior to recruitment

MeasureTime frame
1.To assess the clinical and demographic profile of patients with normal tension glaucoma. 2.To evaluate for predisposing systemic associations and to assess their prevalence in patients with NTG. Timepoint: 1.5 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To find out reasons for presentation of patients with normal tension glaucoma. 2. To assess the impact of family history of glaucoma in the study cohort. 3. To study the OCTA changes in NTG. Timepoint: 1.5 years
