Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age >18years, of either sex. 2.Patients undergoing elective/ emergency surgeries. 3.Patients admitted under general surgery, urology, gynaecology, ENT, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, oncology and OFMS departments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: â?? Refusal for participation in the study. â?? Patients transferred directly from the operation theatre to an ICU, ward, or home will be excluded. â?? Patients admitted under Orthopaedic, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, obstetrics departments.
