Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. 25-30 years of age 2. Both Genders 3. No history of back pain or neck pain ( 4. No physical or neurological limitation to climb stairs for 2 minutes 5. No neck skin lesions or open wounds to limit the neck strength test 6. No vestibular or known balance disorders to limit balance or agility test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. History of back pain or injury 2. Recent lower limb trauma or surgery 3. Physician advised not to do any vigorous activity 4. Eyesight < 5/6 to do computer-based tests or tasks

Kinovea: Neck angles using 2D analysis by a software named kinovea (2D Analysis) Timepoint: Photographs taken every 30 mins of the total 2 hr duration of sitting are used to find the neck angles

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Neck extensor strength (mmHg) using Biopressure feedback Agility (timed) using T-Agility Test Balance (cm) using the Y-Balance test (LQ) Discomfort Questionnaire using modified cornells musculoskeletal Questionnaire Timepoint: All are taken before (baseline) and after the sitting period of 2 hours
