Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Females pre-diagnosed with osteoarthritis 2) Females of age 45-65 years 3) patients who have given consent for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Females with complications of osteoarthritis and who need emergency medical intervention. 2)patients who are not willing to give consent for study 3)patients who need surgical intervention
