Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 years - 99 years 2.Platelet count 3.INR > 1.5 or 4.APTT 1.5 times the normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients already has DVT or PTE. 2.Less than 24 hours ICU stay. 3.Patients already on anticoagulant for other reasons. 4.Not consenting.
