Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy children of 5-10 years old. 2 Children indicated at least one clinical session of dental procedure requiring an inferior alveolar nerve block. 3 Children who exhibited Franklâ??s behavior rating grade three or four i.e. positive and definitely positive. 4 No prior experience with dental anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Children with a history of the diagnosed neurobehavioral disorder. 2 Children with a known history of allergy to any local anaesthetic agent. 3 Children who do not accept the application of the earphones or buzzy device due to cooling or vibration or both 4 Active infection at the site of injection.
