Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases qualifying the diagnostic criteria of grief mainly based on clinical presentation and questionnaire. Cases qualifying the said set of symptom similarity of the remedies (Natrum Muriaticum , Ignatia)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases associated with systemic disorders are excluded. Emergency cases will be excluded.

MeasureTime frame
To study effectiveness of homoeopathic medicines Natrum muriaticum and Ignatia to see any reduction in symptoms of grief in patients Amara in Prolonged Grief disorder Timepoint: patient will be assessed by a specially designed questionnaire to score grief at baseline and at every 2 weeks follow up. till 12 weeks. Route of administration - oral Potency and frequency will depend on then status of the symptoms.

MeasureTime frame
1. To assess whether there is improvement in the comorbid symptoms (if any) along with improvement of grief disorder with homoeopathic medicines Natrum muriaticum and Ignatia Amara.Timepoint: Change in co-morbid conditions seen after the completion of study and it will be assessed after 15 days
