Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Consenting post- graduates/trainees who are working with patients having acute medical/surgical illness. ( Medicine , Emergency Medicine , Pediatrics , Anesthesiology and General Surgery)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with prior training in communication skills
