Control Intervention1: Callisthenics exercise: Callisthenics exercises be given for 5 days a week for 6 weeks with duration of 60 minutes including warm up, conditioning and cool down.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with PCOS by Rotterdam 2003 criteria (15) Age between 18 – 35 years Both nulliparous & multiparous women Willingness to follow prescribed treatment protocol during the entire study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: As per ACSM guidelines, Participants with exercise contraindications will be excluded Associated Comorbid condition like Diabetes mellitsus, Hypertension, Endocrine disorder, Cardiovascular disorder, Cancer, tumor etc. Pregnancy Physical disability Women who are under PCOS medication in last 3 month Women who are currently on any form of exercise protocol
