Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years 2. Diagnosed case of Rectum/Anal canal/Bladder/Cervix/prostate Cancer who are on follow up after completeing treatment and attending our OPD. 3. KPS > 70 4. Ability to read and understand Hindi, Marathi or Bangla as applicable 5. Not answered EORTC QLQ-SH 22 module previously 6. No history of major psychiatric illness
