Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 and 50 years. 2. Both Males and Females patients. 3. Special tests -Any of the following tests positive: Mills test Maudsleys test Cozens test. 4. Tendernes 5. NPRS score 4-8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous trauma to the elbow region 2. previous surgery to elbow region 3. peripheral nerve entrapment 4. cervical radiculopathy 5. corticosteroid injection within 6 months 6. previous therapy for elbow joint
