Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients presenting with with primary osteoarthritis of Knee Joint will be included. 2. patients of both sexes & age group 40yrs. and above. 3. Patients without any major systemic complication 4. Frequent knee symptoms such as pain, aching & stiffness. 5. Diagnosed cases with X ray knee & radiological joint space narrowing Grade 1 & Grade 2( ACR clinical criteria)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Rheumatoid Arthritis or other type of inflammatory arthritis. 2. Bilateral total knee replacement 3. Pregnancy 4. From Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5 Excluded ( ACR Radiological Criteria)
