Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing for trial Patients of age group above 18 years of age Patients with pain and stiffness in shoulder due to age or post traumatic Patients with controlled Diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients not willing for the trial or not ready to give consent Patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes Patients with infection at the site of DSCB infiltration Pregnant or lactating females
