Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with adhesive small bowel obstruction with past history of abdominal surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Small bowel obstruction not caused by adhesions. 2.Patients below the age of 18 years.
