Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age 20-60yrs. 2.Patients having hyperkeratosis lesions/ Kadar. 3.Kadar present in Pada tala and hasta tala.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients contra-indicated for Agnikarma. 2.Patients having any serious systemic disease. 3.Pregnant women, lactating women and children and people aged below 20 years and above 60 years. 4.Infected Corns & having more than 3-4 Kadar. 5.Those who are psychologically not fit for the treatment. 6.Patients having viral markers reactive. 7.Patients who are known case of HTN, DM, Tuberculosis etc.

MeasureTime frame
1. Mrked improved- More then 75% relief in sign and symptoms. 2.Moderate improved- 50- 75% relief in sign and symptoms. 3. MIld improved-25-50% relief in sign and symptoms. 4.No improvement- less tham 25% relief in sign and symptoms.Timepoint: 4 weeks with 4 weeks of followup.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To improve in quality of life(SF-36).Timepoint: 4 weeks with 4 weeks of follow up.
