Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ?Class-II Furcation Diseases? in the lower molars having buccal/lingual involvement, according to Hamp et al. Classification. 2) A 3mm horizontal furcation probing depth (HDD). 3) Vertical furcation probing depth of less than 3mm (VDD).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients not adhering for continuance of periodontal maintenance programme. 2) Patients having a habit of smoking or consuming tobacco. 3) Patients having mobility in a chosen tooth.

MeasureTime frame
i-PRF along with DFDBA can lead to better radiographic bone fill and gain in CAL and PPD after 9 month of surgery.Timepoint: At one, six, and nine months after surgery, the subjects will be re-evaluated.—
