Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asa 1 ,2,3 Patients Refractory Knee Osteoarthritis pain not alleviated with Analgesics and Physiotherapy Kellgren and Lawrence Grade 3 and Grade 4 patients where surgery is contraindciated

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had acute knee pain with signs of inflammatory arthritis Known Psychiatric disorders , on any psychiatry medications History of steroid injection therapy within the past 3 months

To measure the distance between the needle tip positions during the ultrasound guided technique with the described fluroroscopic bony landmarks for genicular nerve blockTimepoint: Measuring needle tip distance only once during the study . (baseline )
