Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Athletic group- School-level soccer players 2. Male soccer players 3. Subjects playing soccer regularly from at least past 2 years at school level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with any self-reported lower-extremity or lumbar-spine pathology or surgery in the past 6 months. 2. Subjects with any self-reported vestibular problems, visual disturbances or any associated neurological problems. 3. Subjects who had attended any type of proprioceptive training in past one year.
