Intervention1: MIME therapy, PNF exercises: â?¢MIME therapy-Patient will receive 10 reps of each exercise, 2 sets per session and at least 4 sessions per week and for 3 weeks. PNF- 10 rep of each exe

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed Acute Bellâ??s palsy patients (1 to 3 weeks) 2. Age group between 18 to 70 years. 3. Male, females and transgender included. 4. Patients willing to participate 5. All LMN facial paralysis 6. Patient with facial MMT 7. Patient receiving medical management

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of surgical intervention for the ear and facial nerve palsy. 2. Non-cooperative patients. 3. No other neurological deficit involving the face. 4. UMN facial paralysis. 5. Any open wounds or ulcers around mandible.
