Inclusion criteria: Patients who fulfil the criteria of case definition will be considered in the study TSH more than 4.5mU/L Patients of all genders Age from 18 to 60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from apparent comorbidities will be excluded Pregnant and lactating mother will be excluded
