Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Of both genders from the age of 6-14 years. With a score of less than 5 in Beighton hypermobility test. Who are able to understand and follow verbal command in the local language. Whose parents are willing for them to participate and who themselves are willing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having any Musculoskeletal deformity/contracture or Cardiac co-morbidity. Having severe visual or hearing deficits.
