Inclusion criteria: Children in the age group 5-18 years Children with active discharge from ear and recent complain of discharge from ear

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hearing loss due to diseases of inner ear Patients undergoing any antibiotic treatment. Patients with Atticoantral type of otitis media Complications of Otitis media
