Intervention1: LOW RISK SURGERIES : CATARACT SURGERY PATIENTS WILL BE EVALUATED FOR PREOPERATIVE ULTRASOUND GUIDED MUSCLE MEASUREMENTS OF RECTUS FEMORIS MUSCLE AND PSOAS MUSCLE,P-POSSUM SCORE AND FRIE

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 - 80 years 2. Both sexes 3. Low risk surgery- patients undergoing cataract surgery 4. Intermediate risk surgery- Laparoscopic cholecystectomy 5. High risk surgery- Cardiothoracic surgeries including coronary artery bypass graft surgery, valve replacement surgeries, major abdominal, major thoracic surgeries and major oncology general surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not giving consent 2. Pregnant and lactating females 3. Patients with neurological disease 4. Patients with genetic muscular atrophy diseases. 5. Patients who are non-ambulatory and bed-ridden from past 3 months.
