Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Senior category table tennis players 2. Players with playing experience of 2 year or more in table tennis 3. Players who are involved in the basic regular physical fitness training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any major injuries from the past 6 months where medical treatment was required. 2. History of any musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and neurological condition which will affect the players physical performance. 3. Any type of performance enhancement medication and supplementation that will affect the performance for adaptations related to present training program. 4. History of surgical intervention in last 1 year.
