Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-3, in whom chest X-ray planned as a part of routine ICU care
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with patients with Difficulty in adopting a lateral posture either due to pain or unstable spine Spinal deformity, h/o previous spine surgery, Unstable haemodynamic, Pregnancy Increased Intracranial pressure or at risk of it, Unwilling to participate
