Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 18 years and above attending RHTC Barwala for the first-time during study period, living in Barwala village for the past six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Persons with acute severe illness or unable to communicate. •Pregnant women attending antenatal clinic, since their diet and physical activity are likely to be different from usual. •Already diagnosed cases of NCDs who are under treatment from a Registered Medical Practitioner
