Intervention1: Visual training protocol: The subjects will follow 8-week training program for visual functions, 3 times a week for 45 minutes. Each exercise was applied for 1 min, followed by a rest

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: badminton players under 19, state level badminton players, males and females , vision normal 6/6,playing for more than 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent injury that required medical attention, history of eye injury or illness related to vision. recent eye infection, recent head injury ,any psychological condition or cognitive disorder.
