Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients of adult age group 30-70 years both male and female will be included. 2 Patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus which are pre diagnosed and on clinical diagnosis since last 3 years or less. 3 Patients with PSS Score >13 on Perceived Stress Scale will be included. 4 Patients with Hba1c >=6.5%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Hba1c>=8% at time of screening. 2 Fasting blood glucose levels >180mg/dl at time of screening. 3 Postprandial glucose >280mg/dl at time of screening. 4 Patients with secondary complications of diabetes like neuropathy retinopathy and nephropathy. 5 Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus ketoacidosis lactic acidosis.
