Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with CKD Willingness to participate in the study. Patients taking treatment from Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education & Research in Sawangi Wardha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes / Sportspersons or already involved in any type of exercise program. Cardiovascular dysfunction (unstable angina, Uncontrolled hypertension > 180/110 mmHg, arrhythmias, severe heart block) Any form of aneurysm Patients are unfit for aerobic exercise according to a physician.

MeasureTime frame
1. Aerobic exercises will improve Physical functions, Autonomic functions, and Sleep Quality in the experimental group after 24 weeks of intervention as compared with baseline. 2. Aerobic exercise will lower Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Respiratory Rate and serum glucose, urea and creatinine, however improve Hemoglobin levels eGFR and Forceful Vital Capacity significantly in the experimental group.Timepoint: Outcome will be assessed/estimated i.e. at baseline and 24 weeks
