Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Frontline and healthcare workers who wear mask more than 4 hour. 2.Criteria for Transverse abdominis strength-Subjects pressure changes are more than 68 mmHg assessed using pressure biofeedback unit. 3.Criteria for Pulmonary function- Subjects predicted FVC,FEV1 less than 80 % 4.Subjects who cover less than 600meters in 6-minute walk test 5.Both male and female 6.Age of subjects between 20 to 40 years 7.Willing to participate in the study voluntarily by signing informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects pressure changes is less than 68 mmHg assessed using pressure biofeedback 2. Subjects FVC,FEV1 predicted more than 80% 3. Subjects who cover more than 600 meters in 6-minutewalk test. 4. History of recent trauma 5.History of congenital/ orthopedic/neurological disorders 6. History of cardiac disease 7. History of respiratory disease 8. History of cardiac surgery
