Health Condition 1: E119- Type 2 diabetes mellitus without complications

Intervention1: Gymnema Sylvestre Q : Gymnema Sylvestre Q will be administered in liquid form on 15 patients. Minimum 10 drops of Tincture will be diluted in distilled water and will be given thrice a

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who fulfill case definition will be considered 2.Both sexes male and female 3.Patients of age group 45 to 65 years. 4.Patients with known case of diabetes mellitus who are on conventional anti-diabetic treatment with HBA1C >6.5%. 5.BSL fasting >126 mg/dl ; postprandial >200mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from life threatening diseases and those who need emergency medical interventions. 2.Patients with any severe concomitant illness like Polyneuropathy, Cardio-vascular diseases, Retinopathy, nephropathy, kidney failure, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, who may not be able to come for regular follow -ups, will not be considered. 3.Any patient with gross neurological-neuropathy defects. 4.Patients with any major systemic illness.
