Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-25 years BMI less than or equal to 25 Those who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects already participate in yoga, gym activities and physical fitness training. Any severe orthopeadic conditions like fracture. Any comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes.
