Inclusion criteria: 1. All adult patients ( >18 years of age) with breast cancer 2. All patients willing to participate in the study

1.To determine the relationship between frailty and post-operative complications after modified radical mastectomy. 2.To determine the relationship between frailty and length of hospital stay after modified radical mastectomy. 3.To determine the relationship between frailty and 30-day hospital readmission after modified radical mastectomy. 4.To determine the relationship between frailty and 30 day mortality after modified radical mastectomy. 5.To determine whether handgrip strength can be used as a single tool for the detection of frailty in breast cancer patients when compared against mFI-11 index.Timepoint: 30 days post operative, after modified radical mastectomy
