Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having mild to moderate signs and symptoms of RA (e.g. pain, swelling, stiffness, restricted movements) having score of 6-8 according to the American college of Rheumatology (ACR) and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) 2010, determined on the basis of severity of disease. 2. Patients who have agreed to sign the inform consent form and follow up the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent history of Trauma or fracture of bone. 2.Systemic diseases (e.g, Diabetes and Hypertension). 3.Pregnancy and Lactation. 4.Patients having bleeding disorders. 5.Patients on anti-coagulant and anti-platelet therapy. 6.Angina/MI pain. 7.Cardiopulmonary diseases. 8.Patients of RA with extra articular complications. 9.Advance stage of RA.
