Intervention1: 0.25% of injection Ropivacaine (Neon) USG machine (Sonosite M-Turbo) Injection Dexmeditomidine: Patients to be posted for elective surgeries will have complete preoperative evaluation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group: 18-70 years. 2. Both Sex. 3. ASA grade 1& II 4. Elective Surgeries. 5. Surgeries < 3hrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients on β-Blocker. 2. Psychiatric illness. 3. BMI >30. 4. Pregnant patients. 5. Severe Hepatic, Renal diseases. 6. EF 7. Patients with Heart Block
