Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Data of all patients who were on AZA who were referred to our lab for pharmacogenetic testing of NUDT 15 and TPMT since 2021 till current date

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not on AZA or related drugs 2. Genotyping results of NUDT15 / TMPT not available for any reason
