Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consenting adults of any gender, age 18 years and above 2. Medical Doctors trained in Allopathy who are either post graduate residents specializing in the branch of EM or Junior faculty up to the cadre of Assistant Professor in an EM Department that runs post-graduate EM courses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incompletely filled survey forms 2. Post graduate residents or faculty posted in EM department from a different parent department other than EM
