Intervention1: vitamin D supplementation: Patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in the intervention group will receive vitamin D 60000 IU weekly for 6 weeks (total 6 doses) oral starting from day

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Relapsed or refractory cases Pre-existing renal disease Pre-existing hepatic disease
