Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.AGE-40 years TO 90 years 2.Patients who have undergone phacoemulsification surgery by one of the 3 specific surgeons through clear corneal incision with in-the-bag intraocular lens and have certain predetermined parameters of cataract and intra operative findings are recruited immediately following surgery and eye pad opening 3.CDE 4.LOCS grade of cataract 5.Cases included in the study are those done by 3 specific surgeons 6.Preoperative corneal endothelial count- Above 1800 7.Preoperative NORMAL IOP[

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Corneal dystrophies and other opacities or diseases precluding routine surgery 2. Complicated cataract 3. Cataract associated with glaucoma 4. Detectable posterior segment lesions 6. Irregular follow up 7. Intraoperative additional instrumentation 8. Intraoperative complications like PCR, vitreous loss 9. Allergy to any of the drugs ( timolol maleate, ripasudil) 10.Bronchial Asthma 11.Any cardiac abnormalities 12.Any patient deemed unfit by the surgeon
